These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the UGC Engineer course, training materials, and related services (collectively, the “Program”), owned and operated by Playkit LLC (“Playkit,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing, enrolling in, or using the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use or access the Program.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing, or participating in the UGC Engineer Program, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms.

  • You agree to comply with them.

  • You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

These Terms apply to all users, including students, contractors, instructors, and contributors.

2. Eligibility

To use the Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.

  • Use the Program only for lawful purposes.

If you are enrolling on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

3. Program Access & Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • All activity that occurs under your account.

  • Not sharing, reselling, or transferring your access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in misuse, abuse, or fraudulent behavior.

4. Course Content & Enrollment

When you enroll in UGC Engineer:

  • You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal, educational use.

  • Access may be time-limited depending on the plan purchased.

  • Curriculum, lessons, and materials may be updated, modified, or removed at any time.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, employment, income, or client placements.

5. Payments, Billing & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

By purchasing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees and taxes.

  • Provide accurate billing information.

  • Authorize recurring charges if applicable.

Refunds

Refunds, if offered, are governed by the UGC Engineer Refund Policy, which will be made available on the website or at checkout. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchases are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, record, distribute, resell, or reproduce course materials.

  • Share login credentials or give access to others.

  • Use the Program to create competing products or training.

  • Upload harmful, misleading, abusive, or illegal content.

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the Program—including videos, text, frameworks, templates, branding, trademarks, and proprietary systems—is owned by Playkit LLC or licensed to it.

You may not:

  • Use the content for commercial redistribution.

  • Claim ownership over Playkit intellectual property.

  • Remove copyright or branding notices.

8. User-Submitted Content

If you submit content (examples, case studies, feedback, testimonials, or assignments):

  • You retain ownership of your content.

  • You grant Playkit LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share the content for educational, marketing, or internal purposes.

  • You confirm you have the right to submit the content.

9. Certificates & Completion

Certificates of completion may be issued at Playkit’s discretion.

Certificates:

  • Indicate participation or completion only.

  • Do not represent formal accreditation, licensure, or guaranteed employment.

  • May be revoked in cases of misconduct or policy violations.

10. No Employment Guarantee

UGC Engineer is an educational program.

  • Participation does not guarantee freelance work, employment, or placement with Playkit or any partner company.

  • Any hiring decisions are separate and at Playkit’s sole discretion.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms.

  • You misuse the Program.

  • You engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior.

Upon termination, access to the Program may be revoked without refund.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Program is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Playkit LLC makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Income, results, or career outcomes.

  • Accuracy or completeness of third-party tools or resources.

  • Availability or uninterrupted access.

Use of the Program is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Playkit LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Program, including loss of income, business opportunities, or data.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Program.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

  • Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.

  • Continued use of the Program after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California, unless otherwise required by law.
